NetJumper Software's privacy statement:

NetJumper.com respects your privacy. NetJumper.com will not sell, rent, or share any identifiable information regarding our customers (such as name, address, email address or credit card numbers) to any third party without your prior knowledge and consent. NetJumper does not collect nor attempt to collect credit card information from end users of its Linkzilla product.

By using our software or service, you do consent to the collection and use of information in the manner described below. If we decide to change our privacy practice, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. Please check this page from time to time for changes to make sure you are aware of our latest privacy practices.

What personally identifiable information does NetJumper.com collect?

When you use Linkzilla, it will report back to the Linkzilla server a report of what site transferred the links, the time and date of the transfer, the links actually transferred and the user's machine name and the IP address of your computer. No other personal information is gathered. NetJumper does not read the information on your system; Linkzilla, however, does back up your bookmarks/favorites file for your data's safety. This data stays on your system and is never read by us.

How is the information used?

NetJumper.com's primary goal in collecting the information is for billing and tracking of the amount of link transfers taking place and the number of users using the link transfer service. The website you visit, for their internal reporting, gets the same information. It is also important to monitor the links transferred to stop an unscrupulous website from including inappropriate links in its directory. If for any reason you get multiple links from a site without your permission, please contact NetJumper immediately.

NetJumper.com may occasionally run contests or other special promotions on our site in which we ask members or visitors for contact information (like an email address) or demographic information (like a zip code, age, or income level). We may use the data we collect in these contests and promotions to send you promotional material about our company or our partners or sponsors. Your customer contact information collected from these contests and promotions may be used to contact you when necessary and may be shared with other companies for promotional purposes, but only with your prior permission and under the terms and conditions specified when you take part in the promotion. You may simply decline to take part in a contest or promotion if you do not wish to provide requested information.

If you want to use the Linkzilla Service we may ask for credit card information. For a merchandise purchase, we will ask for final confirmation before charging your credit card. We may collect information in the shopping experience to make purchasing an easier and better experience for you. For example, if you give us permission to keep your billing information, you won't have to fill out the shipping and billing address each and every time you purchase.


With whom does NetJumper.com share the information?

NetJumper.com will not sell, rent or otherwise share the personally identifiable information you provide us to a third party without your knowledge and consent. We will notify you at the time of data collection or transfer if your data will be shared with a third party. Does NetJumper.com use "IP Addresses," machine name and cookies?

IP Addresses-- We do use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to track possible abuse or misuse of Linkzilla, and to administer our Web site. An IP address is literally your computer's address and is a unique identifier, allowing online information to be sent to the right place. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information such as the geographic distribution of our members.

NetJumper.com Cookies-- Contrary to popular belief, cookies do not extract private or personal information from your computer's memory. The job of a cookie is to record only information you volunteer upon registering or visiting a site. Cookies are tiny files placed onto the hard drive of your computer the first time you visit our Web site that enable our server to recognize or "remember" who you are next time you come back. What choices do I have regarding how the collected information is used?

NetJumper gathers no data on anyone who opts not to use NetJumper software. NetJumper software does not send any data unless it is used by a user. NetJumper's product requires an action, (a click or other web action AND a confirmation of intention to use the product by the user in a screen that allows the user to opt out of the use of the software without sending any personal information to NetJumper- note to the extent NetJumper's web visitor tracking software and the web tracking software of NetJumper's licensees tack the download of the NetJumper software object, that data is collected and shared or not shared pursuant to this policy or the policy of the particular customer of NetJumper) to use product. In other words, you are in control of whether you want your personally identifiable information shared or not.

For those of you visiting us from the European Economic Area, please note that if you access our service, the information you enter will be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
